Before Order Dispatch
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order
- Order must not be shipped or processed
- Contact support with your order details
Refund: Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Order Dispatch
- Cancellation is not possible once shipped
- You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)
2. Cancellation by vinmagal.com
We may cancel orders under the following conditions:
- Item is out of stock
- Payment verification issues
- Invalid or incomplete shipping address
- Suspected fraudulent activity
A full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent to the original payment method
